If you're a training provider, association or company with branches, you need each organisation's people, courses and records kept strictly separate — while you administer it all from one place. That separation in Learnivo isn't a convention; it's enforced in the data layer.
What's included
- Data isolation (row-level security) — every record carries its organisation; the database itself refuses cross-tenant access. This is the foundation, and it's on every plan.
- Custom branding — each tenant sets its own logo, colours and fonts; learners see their organisation's brand, not yours.
- Per-tenant settings & locale — language, navigation and settings per organisation.
- Organisation switcher — staff who serve multiple tenants switch context safely.
- Multi-organisation support (Max and above) — run many tenants under one administration.
- Branch organisations (Max and above) — parent/child hierarchies with delegated branch administration.
- Branding version history — roll back a branding change that didn't work.
- Signed embeddable learner surface (Pro and above) — embed your courses in another site with signed, expiring links.
Roadmap, labelled honestly
- Custom domain + SSL Planned — tenant-branded domains with verified SSL. Platform subdomains are available today; counts per plan (3 on Pro, 10 on Max, unlimited on Enterprise) apply when it lands.
- Full white-label Planned — removing Learnivo's own branding entirely. Tenant branding (logo, colours, fonts) is available now.
How it works
- Each organisation is a tenant: its users, courses, records and settings are scoped to it.
- Access rules are enforced at the database layer — a query from one tenant simply cannot return another's rows.
- Branding and settings apply per tenant; administrators manage tenants centrally or through delegated branch admins.

Honest limits
Custom domains with SSL and full white-label are planned, not shipped — we label them that way because we'd rather you trust our roadmap claims. Ask us for the current timeline during scoping.

How is data isolation enforced?
Row-level security: every record is stamped with its organisation and the database enforces access rules — isolation doesn't depend on application code behaving itself.
