Prove it finished
Completion analytics (every plan), engagement and assessment analytics and training reports (Pro and above) show who completed what, when, and at what score. Certificates can carry expiry and renewal windows (Pro and above), so a compliance certificate that lapses is visible before the audit, not during it.
Keep the evidence
Audit logs (every plan) and data retention policies (Pro and above) give you the trail: who was enrolled, when they completed, what score they achieved. Observer and auditor access is available per learner, per term (Pro and above), so external reviewers can verify records without getting edit rights. For professionals with continuing-development obligations, the CPD ledger tracks points with evidence attached.

A CPD ledger tracks points for professionals who need them. VET/RTO mapping is currently limited to test submissions and does not claim ASQA or AVETMISS compliance.

Does this satisfy our regulator's standards?
Learnivo records the evidence; whether the training content itself satisfies a specific regulation is a judgement for your compliance owner. VET/RTO mapping generates test submissions for the RTO's own checks and makes no ASQA or AVETMISS compliance claims.
