Learnivo provides a cloud-based Learning Management System for organisations, instructors, and learners. Features include course authoring, live sessions, skills tracking, analytics, and AI-assisted tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Learnivo cannot be liable for any loss or damage from unauthorised account access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Learnivo for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to upload malicious content. Organisations are responsible for their users' activities.
5. Plans and Billing
The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plan pricing is published upon approval. Learnivo reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. No checkout is activated until prices are formally published.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Learnivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Organisation data is segregated using database-level security policies.
7. Beta Features
Features labelled as "beta" are provided "as is" and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Learnivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learnivo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
